More than one community
Pay for each workspace. Each additional workspace costs less.
A workspace is the home base for one community’s ecosystem work. Every workspace includes everything in Pro: unlimited diagnostics, group diagnostics, and analysis.

Any workspace can run diagnostics about any place. Add a workspace for a community that wants to run its own diagnostics, report to its own council, and keep its own results.

For a county. Towns that want to run their own work can join with their own workspace at the network rate.

Do we need a workspace for every place we cover?
No. Any workspace can run diagnostics about any place. The county can run a diagnostic about a town. A workspace lets the town run its own.
Can we pay for workspaces and give them to our communities?
Yes. Each community owns its workspace and its results. Paying for a workspace does not give you access to its private reports. Workspaces you pay for but have not given to a community stay available until your plan renews. They are not refunded.
Can we add workspaces later?
Yes. A workspace added later is priced at the next rate in your plan, not at the first-workspace price.
We belong to a larger network. Do we share its rate?
Rates count the workspaces your organization pays for. A community that joins your network with its own workspace pays the network’s next rate, by invoice. Linking plans to share results is free. A body that pays for its whole network on one plan gets a quote.
Can we pay in our own currency?
Prices are shown and billed in Canadian dollars, euros, British pounds, Australian and New Zealand dollars, Swiss francs, and Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish kroner. Other countries pay in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.

The free diagnostic tells you where one place stands from one point of view. Pro is for the next step: hearing from the other people who know the place, comparing places, and keeping the evidence together.
Group diagnostics
Invite the people who see the ecosystem differently. Each answers the same localized questions on their own, and the results show which questions the group agrees on and which split it.
Comparison across places
Run the diagnostic for several places and see where each one rates higher or lower than the group. Territory and portfolio views keep the comparison current as new reports come in.
Every recommended action, not the top three
The free report shows the three highest-priority actions. Pro shows all of them, plus findings and actions for each of the 35 sub-dimensions and the research behind each one.
An evidence base that grows
Every diagnostic, group session, and deep dive is saved to one searchable evidence base. Ask follow-up questions and get answers drawn from your own reports, and repeat the diagnostic to measure change.
